MyDea is an AI-powered platform that helps solopreneurs capture, develop, and execute their ideas through voice input and intelligent processing. Our service includes idea capture, AI-assisted development, and project planning tools.

To use MyDea, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You retain ownership of the ideas and content you create using MyDea. However, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content as necessary to provide the service. The MyDea platform, including its design, features, and technology, remains our intellectual property.

6. AI-Generated Content

MyDea uses artificial intelligence to help develop your ideas. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated suggestions are provided as-is and should not be considered professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated content before use.

7. Limitation of Liability

MyDea is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the app. Continued use of MyDea after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
